What we do
Prep is what makes LVP last
Almost every LVP complaint — clicking joints, separating seams, visible dips — traces back to the subfloor, not the plank. We check flatness and moisture first, level what needs leveling, and tell you honestly if the existing flooring has to come up.
Then we lay the planks with proper expansion gaps, clean transitions between rooms, and trim or new baseboard that makes the whole floor look built-in rather than laid down.
Whole-home LVP
Continuous flooring through living areas, halls, and bedrooms for a seamless look.
Kitchens & baths
Waterproof planks where hardwood and laminate can't survive.
Subfloor prep & leveling
Flatness and moisture checks, patching, and leveling before a single plank goes down.
Old flooring removal
Carpet, tile, or damaged flooring pulled up and hauled away.
Transitions & trim
Thresholds, reducers, quarter round, and baseboard for a finished edge everywhere.
Material guidance
We'll help you compare wear layers, plank widths, and colors against your budget.

FAQ
LVP Flooring questions, answered
LVP is a multi-layer vinyl plank with a photographic wood-look surface and a tough wear layer. It clicks together over your subfloor and looks like hardwood at a fraction of the cost.
Quality LVP is waterproof through the plank itself, which is why it works in kitchens, baths, and laundry rooms where hardwood or laminate would swell.
It costs less than hardwood, handles water far better than laminate, and stands up to pets and kids. Hardwood can be refinished; LVP can't, but it typically resists dents and scratches better day to day.
Sometimes. Over a flat, sound subfloor or certain existing hard surfaces, yes. We check flatness and moisture first and tell you honestly if prep or removal is needed.
Most homes are done in one to three days depending on square footage and how much subfloor prep is required.
